Everything holders need to know.
The holder portal is designed to make the public Stellar data behind NABXATMS easy to understand. These answers explain how balances, tiers, rewards and trustlines are displayed and what the site can — and cannot — do.
The portal reads public blockchain information only. It cannot move assets, approve transactions or access a wallet.
Wallet balances, trustline status and recent payments are requested from Stellar Mainnet when a holder checks an address.
There is no registration process. A public Stellar address is enough to use the holder tools.
How does the holder portal work?+
Enter a public Stellar account address beginning with G. The portal requests the account record from Stellar Mainnet and looks for the NABXATMS trustline issued by the configured issuer. It then reads the current NABXATMS balance, matches that balance to the published six-tier schedule, checks the seven reward-asset trustlines, and displays recent matching incoming payments. The website is a viewer and calculator — it does not sign or submit transactions.
Do I need to connect or sign with my wallet?+
No. The portal intentionally does not require wallet connection, login or message signing. A public Stellar address contains enough public information for the features shown on this site. This makes the holder checker easier to use while keeping the website separate from the private keys that control funds.
Should I ever enter my Stellar secret key on this website?+
No. A Stellar secret key begins with S and controls the assets in the associated account. The NABXATMS holder portal never needs it and never asks for it. Only public addresses beginning with G should be entered into the wallet checker. If anyone claiming to represent the project asks for your secret key, do not provide it.
How is my NABXATMS tier calculated?+
Your tier is determined from the live NABXATMS balance visible on the specified Stellar account. The site compares that balance with the six published thresholds. The progress indicator then shows how far the wallet has progressed toward the next tier and, where applicable, the additional NABXATMS balance needed to reach it. If a balance changes on-chain, a new wallet check will use the updated amount.
What does “Reward Readiness” mean?+
Reward Readiness shows how many of the seven configured reward-asset trustlines are currently present on the wallet. For example, 6/7 means the wallet has six of the seven required trustlines. A missing trustline does not change the NABXATMS tier; it simply means that particular asset is not currently ready to be received through its configured trustline.
Why can I qualify for a tier but still have a missing reward asset?+
Tier eligibility and reward-asset trustlines are separate checks. The tier comes from the amount of NABXATMS held. Each dividend asset has its own Stellar trustline. A holder can therefore meet the NABXATMS balance requirement while still missing one or more reward trustlines. The portal lists each asset separately so holders can quickly see which ones are active.
What do the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly figures mean?+
The reward figures are calculations based on the tier schedule currently configured on the website. The Day view displays the configured per-day amounts; Week, Month and Year multiply that schedule by the selected period. They are informational projections based on the current published settings, not a guarantee that future distributions, schedules or asset values will remain unchanged.
Where does the recent reward activity come from?+
The portal checks recent incoming Stellar payment records for the address and filters them to the seven configured reward assets and their configured issuer. This gives holders a convenient view of matching recent payments. The Stellar explorer link remains available for anyone who wants to inspect the full public account history directly.
Why might a recent dividend not appear immediately?+
The recent-activity panel is intended as a convenient summary rather than a complete accounting ledger. It looks at a limited number of the latest account payments and filters them for the configured assets. If an account has a large amount of other activity, an older payment may fall outside that recent window even though it remains permanently visible on Stellar's public ledger.
What is the ATM network section showing?+
The ATM section presents the project's rollout roadmap and concept material. Locations marked as planned or coming soon should be understood as roadmap locations until they are confirmed as operational. As verified deployment information becomes available, the website can be updated to distinguish active locations from future locations.
What is the status of the NABX card and app?+
The card and mobile application sections currently present the intended holder experience and development direction. Features shown in concept visuals may represent planned functionality. The website labels these areas as in development so that the public holder tools that work today are clearly separated from future product features.
Is the information I enter into the wallet checker private?+
A Stellar public address and its balances are already public blockchain information. The site does not require a name, password or secret key to perform the lookup. For convenience, the website may remember the last public address checked locally in that browser so it can be filled in again later; that does not give the site control of the account.
